Juicy Couture is the story of two girls named Pamela Skaist-Levy and Gela Taylor from Pacoima, California who wanted to create the best you can find collection in girlie clothes. Both girls loved shopping, so their label started off as being all about shopping for the perfect things to wear. Juicy Couture became famous for making the sexy v tracksuit a wardrobe classic as well as their stylish accessories.Juicy Couture was founded in 1994 as an upscale T-shirt line. Much of the brand's success was nevertheless founded on celebrity relationships. Having Madonna, Jennifer Lopez and Cameron Diaz, as well as many others, photographed in their tracksuits proved invaluable, and the oft-imitated business model has been chronicled in Advertising Age.
